Working with a Holistic Nutritional Consultant

You can search for Holistic Nutritional Consultants in good standing with the CSNN Alumni Association in our directory found here.
CSNN graduates are dedicated holistic nutrition professionals who educate individuals about the health benefits of natural nutrition; since each person has a unique bio-chemistry, each person has unique nutritional requirements. Holistic nutrition is a special combination of modern science and time-tested wisdom based on the philosophy that each person has unique nutritional requirements.
CSNN Graduates recognize that the interactive mind-body-spirit factors are specific to each client and that each must be addressed in order for the client to feel well.
Holistic Nutritional Consultant’s services are covered by many insurance companies. Please check your company benefit coverage and/or confirm with your HR department that nutrition is included in the paramedical services or as a flex/health plan option.
If you aren’t covered for Holistic Nutritional Consultants and you would like to be, you can contact your Human Resources department in writing with this letter and request for nutrition services to be added to your company’s extended insurance plan.

To reset your password, go to the Member Login page and click Forgot Password below the login form.
If you have changed your email address, please contact us at [email protected] with your Full Name and Registration number.
Once CSNN Head Office receives your “Request for Graduation” details from your branch manager, CSNN Head Office will then send this information to the Alumni for us to add your details to the CSNNAA registry.
A CSNNAA welcome email will follow once we add you to the registry. This email includes the login details to access the CSNNAA member portal and all of the benefits. Please also check your Spam/Promotions email as the welcome email may land in there.
If you require more accurate timelines please contact your branch manager.
If you have not received your CSNNAA welcome e-mail and login details within 3 months of graduation, please e-mail us at [email protected].
IMPORTANT: To apply for discounted liability insurance you will require your CSNN Diploma and R.H.N./C.H.N. that you’ll receive in the CSNN Head office graduation package. Contact us at [email protected] if you have these requirements and need the insurance contact information.
The easiest way to renew is online through our website. Visit our Membership Renewal page and choose from the 1 or 2 Year Membership (you must be logged in to your account to be able to renew.) Once you complete the transaction, your membership renewal will be complete. You will receive a confirmation email with all of your membership renewal details within 24-48 hours. No PayPal account needed.
Other payment options:
- By Cheque: Mail a cheque to: CSNNAA, 18 Willowbrook Rd. Thornhill, ON, L3T 4W9. Include the 1-year ($89) or 2-year ($160) membership fees + applicable taxes (HST/GST).
- By phone: Call us on 416-261-1340 and we will help process your renewal.
- You are welcome to pay with Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] (membership fee + applicable taxes).

The CSNNAA (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association) is a national incorporated, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the support and advancement of those who have graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
However you are welcome to join and participate in our Annual Canadian Holistic Nutrition Conference (CHNC) – the most comprehensive Holistic Nutrition event in Canada. You can buy conference tickets and sign up to the email list for early bird tickets, prizes and more here.
The 19th Canadian Holistic Nutrition Conference

CHNC is an annual educational and networking event bringing together leading experts, holistic nutrition professionals, wellness practitioners, students, and individuals passionate about holistic nutrition, health, and wellness. The conference also features an exhibitor tradeshow, giving attendees the opportunity to connect directly with wellness companies, discover new products and services, and learn more about the latest offerings in holistic health and wellness.
The 2027 conference theme is Metabolic Resilience: Functional Nutrition & Environmental Wellness. The conference will explore practical, evidence-based approaches to building greater metabolic resilience through nutrition, lifestyle, environmental wellness, and whole-body health.
CHNC 2027 will be held in person in Calgary on Saturday, April 17, 2027, and in Toronto on Saturday, May 8, 2027.
No! CHNC 2027 is open to everyone. We welcome holistic nutrition professionals, wellness practitioners, students, industry professionals, and anyone with a passion for holistic nutrition, health, and wellness.
Yes! Recordings from past Canadian Holistic Nutrition Conferences are available for purchase, giving you the opportunity to catch up on presentations you missed or revisit valuable conference content. Recordings from CHNC 2026, CHNC 2025, and CHNC 2024 are currently available for purchase.
