Working with a Holistic Nutritional Consultant

You can search for Holistic Nutritional Consultants in good standing with the CSNN Alumni Association in our directory found here.

CSNN graduates are dedicated holistic nutrition professionals who educate individuals about the health benefits of natural nutrition; since each person has a unique bio-chemistry, each person has unique nutritional requirements. Holistic nutrition is a special combination of modern science and time-tested wisdom based on the philosophy that each person has unique nutritional requirements.


CSNN Graduates recognize that the interactive mind-body-spirit factors are specific to each client and that each must be addressed in order for the client to feel well.

Holistic Nutritional Consultant’s services are covered by some insurance companies. Please check the copy of your benefits and/or confirm with your HR department that you are covered.


If you aren’t covered for Holistic Nutritional Consultants and you would like to be, you can contact your Human Resources department in writing and request for nutrition services to be added to your company’s extended insurance plan.

Congratulations Graduate! Your first year CSNNAA Membership is already paid for. Once the CSNN Head Office sends us your Request for Graduation Information, you will receive a Welcome E-mail from the CSNNAA. The welcome e-mail will contain all the information you need including your login details, how to upload your member profile, and a list of all the benefits you receive as a CSNNAA member.


IMPORTANT: We can not grant you access to the Member Portal and CSNNAA member benefits until we receive your information from CSNN. If you have not received your Welcome e-mail and log in details within 3 months of graduation, please e-mail us at [email protected].

The easiest way to renew is online through our website. Visit our Membership Renewal page and choose from the 1 or 2 Year Membership (you must be logged in to your account to be able to renew.) Once you complete the transaction, your membership renewal will be complete. You will receive a confirmation email with all of your membership renewal details within 24-48 hours. No PayPal account needed.


Other payment options:

  • By Cheque: Mail a cheque to: CSNNAA, 18 Willowbrook Rd. Thornhill, ON, L3T 4W9. Include the 1-year ($89) or 2-year ($160) membership fees + applicable taxes (HST/GST).
  • By phone: Call us on 416-261-1340 and we will help process your renewal.
  • You are welcome to pay with Interac e-Transfer to [email protected] (membership fee + applicable taxes).

The CSNNAA (Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association) is a national incorporated, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the support and advancement of those who have graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.

A few days prior to the pre-conference opening date of May 5, 2022, you will receive an email with login information to allow you to set up your profile, get comfortable with the platform and visit the virtual tradeshow exhibitors. 

The speaker sessions will be held in zoom webinar. You will need to download the free Zoom app on your computer, iPad, and/or phone before the conference begins. This will allow you to easily connect to each of the speaker’s presentations. To download zoom click here: https://zoom.us/support/download.

  • Check to see if you have the sound muted or turned down low on your computer.
  • If that is not the case and you are using headphones, unplug them and plug them back in or try another pair of headphones (or another computer if possible).
  • Next, try rebooting your computer.
  • If you are still having problems, there could be problems with your WIFI connection. If the audio or video keeps dropping out or lagging it is likely that your internet connection is to blame. First, ensure that nothing else is draining your connection, like background downloads or someone streaming Netflix in the next room.

All of the speakers will be recorded, and the recordings will be sent to all attendees a few weeks after the event.

All of the speakers will be recorded, and the recordings, as well as the presentation slides, will be sent to all attendees by the second week of June. The speaker presentation slides will also be available for download within the event platform on May 12, 2022.  

Once you are on the conference platform you can connect with any exhibitor you are interested in talking to via live chat, scheduled virtual meetings, or meet live instantly.

The platform will be open daily from  8:00 am (ET) to 6 pm (ET) from May 5 – May 22, 2022. You can access the tradeshow and network during these dates and times.

Yes, the conference is open to all graduates and students working/studying in the wellness industry.
