WHAT IS THE CSNNAA
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the CSNNAA-comprised of passionate former grads of CSNN with diverse backgrounds and experience who commit to a three-year term.
The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the CSNNAA according to by-laws and a Code of Ethics approved through voting by the membership. The by-laws are periodically revised and voted upon as necessary at the Annual General Meeting of the CSNNAA.
Advisory committee members provide recommendation and advice to the Board of Directors of CSNNAA. Committee members may contribute to the development of policies, programs and initiatives that enhance the alumni member’s benefits of the association. This position runs for a three year term, reviewed on an annual basis and allows for members from various backgrounds to participate in the management of the alumni. Some committee members may be involved in the organization and promotion of special events or activities.
