BIO: Josh has always been fascinated with the fields of health and the human body. He began studies in these areas at the University of Western Ontario, receiving an honors degree in kinesiology. At Western, Josh showed a special interest in sport injuries, becoming a member of the football team’s sport medicine crew.  Over time, Josh realized that a key to reaching optimal physical strength included key therapeutic nutrition, and became a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.

Josh runs a Toronto-based, private practice, with a worldwide client base. As a recognized leader in his field, Josh teaches Clinical Nutrition for several natural health colleges and is the first Canadian nutritionist to be accepted into the Institute for Functional Medicine where he is currently pursuing his certification as an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP).

His focus on evidence based nutrition has enabled him to be a featured presenter for the Canadian Society of Orthomolecular Medicine as well as one of the few natural health care practitioners invited to speak at the annual Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation Symposium.
