Can Stress Shrink our Brain?

BIO: Lisa Kilgour, R.H.N., truly embodies the word ‘holistic’.  After years of being frustrated with her own health issues, Lisa took matters into her own hands. Refusing to accept a one-size-fits all approach to health, she carved her own path and began looking at her health like a puzzle, searching for the missing pieces that were preventing her from healing. Her unique approach to health and wellness has made her a much sought after speaker, educator, and writer. In 2015 Lisa spoke about the gut-brain connection at TedX Kelowna, and has previously been voted “BC’s Favourite Nutritionist” by Natural Care Canada.
