With a passion for healthy eating and living, Alisa is a nutrition aficionado, wellness educator and all around healthy lifestyle guru.Alisa always had an interest in food and nutrition but her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in 2008 pushed her to up the ante. She realized quickly that a holistic approach to eating and living could positively affect her quality of life. Alisa’s interest, passion and desire to help others reach the same goals encouraged her to run a health and wellness business for 5 years.She now specializes in natural nutrition, Multiple Sclerosis, healthy eating habits for kids, weight loss, inflammatory conditions, diabetes, custom eating plans and recipe development. She has an uncanny ability to healthify any recipe.Her enthusiasm to promote and guide others along the path of healthy eating and living has led her to devote time with Niagara Region Public Health as both a Community Food Advisor and a You’re The Chef Leader. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Natural Nutritional Coach and Practitioner and Culinary Nutrition Expert she continues to research and enhance her knowledge on the subjects of health, wellness and nutrition to provide you with the most up to date research based information on healthy eating.
