As an avid sports enthusiast, Alysa has always enjoyed a very active lifestyle. Her passion for health and wellness eventually expanded to include pursuing an education in holistic nutrition. Her desire for peak athletic performance and overall well-being has been motivation for her to continue to learn and grow, finding new ways to incorporate functional movement and natural nutrition into her daily life. Understanding how the human body works and what it needs to move and function optimally is knowledge that she wishes to share with her clients. Her goal is to provide holistic health and wellness services that educate and empower people to restore and maintain their body’s natural balance.
