I aspire to connect YOU with YOUR best life as a dedicated Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor and Registered Holistic Nutritionistâ„¢. I have worked hands on, in the field of health and wellness for over 7 years where I have had the opportunity to work with a broad range of people and expand my understanding of optimal wellness immensely.

I found REIKI in 2017. From the moment I started my first Reiki course I felt, throughout my entire being, that THIS was the way I would empower others with wellness and optimal health. My work with Reiki has been passion filled and JOYFUL. Through my hands Reiki has brought the following to my clients: relief from physical pain, REDUCED STRESS, better sleep and increased energy levels.

At the age of 11 I found my YOGA mat (which was really a towel on my living room floor) for the first time, when I discovered early morning re-runs of Lilias Yoga and You (a PBS program from the 70s). This sparked an on again off again interest with yoga. It wasn't until I was in my late 20's that I made a deeper commitment to my practice. During this time I found myself trying to cope with severe ANXIETY and adrenal burnout. I was dedicated to learning from my anxiety, my stress and my body. I dove head first back into yoga and found it acted as a grounding, SAFE SPACE where I began to find my-Self again. In 2017 my desire to go further with my practice combined with a passion for teaching compelled me to complete a 200 hour yoga teacher training. I trained at De La Sol Yoga Studio in Hamilton, Ontario where I fell even more in LOVE with Yogic tradition. I believe if you can breath, you can do yoga - and enjoy it! My teaching style focuses on learning how to MOVE in YOUR own BODY, just as it is, with proper alignment and MINDFUL movement.

Nutrition and being healthy were large components of my upbringing. We had a healthy household - no sugar cereals allowed! I have always had my pulse on healthy eating and living. In 2012, shortly after being diagnosed with a gluten intolerance, I began my journey in the world of Holistic Nutrition with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and have since never looked back. I have lead seminars, written articles and worked with clients to help bring a Holistic approach to well being that allows people to take control of their own journey. I also love to incorporate Holistic Nutrition with my culinary background and come up with delicious creations that give you and your body what it needs.

There are so many components to living, let alone focusing on living a HEALTHY LIFE. Each of us has been given the map to our health, in-fact we carry it with us each day. Our bodies are filled with infinite wisdom as are our hearts. It is from here we can begin to unlearn old, un-serving teachings and welcome the harmony that is optimal health.
