Emma Levez Larocque
Emma Levez Larocque is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (2016), a Certified Plant-Based Chef, and a Food For Life Instructor with the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. Since graduating from CSNN she has worked in community education, offering nutrition and cooking workshops, personal consulting, recipe development, and writing services through her business Plant-Based R.H.N.
Prior to her mid-life career focus change Emma worked as a journalist, editor, author and literacy educator. She is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (English & Anthropology) in Waterloo, Ontario and Langara College (Journalism) in Vancouver, B.C.
Emma enjoys everything outdoors, practices meditation and yoga, and is an avid hiker, runner and mountain biker. One of her life goals is to contribute to a more equitable, compassionate planet for everyone who shares it. She lives on the west coast of B.C. and loves to read, scratch cook and spend time with her family and friends.
