Janice Amirault
Maritimes/East Coast
Janice’s interest in health and wellness stems from her own personal journey: one that took her from debilitating illness to vibrant health.
Frustrated with not being able to find answers to the reason for a diagnosis of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, she decided to try an alternative approach.
Janice changed her lifestyle and became living proof that when the body receives the nutrients it requires, good health returns. It was then that she discovered her true passion and embarked on a new and exciting career of helping others achieve ideal health.
Janice believes that today’s health ailments are common, but they certainly are not normal. The body is designed to function at an optimal level, and given the correct fuel, it will prove that to be true.
Janice aims to identify the root cause of the complaint/symptom and designs a personalized wellness plan to address the unique circumstances of the individual.
She provides research-based education on the best practices for healthy living and empowers her clients to take charge of their own health.
Her focus is food addiction, primarily sugar, and over the last decade Janice has helped hundreds of women eliminate the self-sabotaging habits that are preventing them from losing weight and reaching a level of health they never imagined possible.
Janice is a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is also a Certified Holistic Cancer Coach.
Janice co-authored the book Saved by Nutrition, a ground breaking publication, featuring over 20 Holistic Nutritionists and Nutritional Consultants from across Canada, who share their exceptional health stories of how nutrition saved them.
She also writes a monthly health article for the Valley Wire, a Saltwire Network publication.
She was recently nominated for the 30th annual RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards, and in May, 2022, Janice was the very proud recipient of CSNNAA’s Clinical Excellence Award.
Janice is thrilled to represent the CSNNAA in the Maritimes, connecting, supporting and mentoring Alumni throughout the East Coast.
